I Know, I Know...
Where have I been??? I know there are a couple of people waiting for their peeks!! Well, Wed and Thurs got away from me and on Fri, I had to pick up Morgan from school bc he had a fever. Poor boy, just had to have me hold him:( Anyways, I have been working on galleries and orders when I can, so blogging gets pushed aside. Hmmm... I need to check my calendar to see who I am posting! Ok, first off, Baby Planner, Sean. Sean is a 3 mo cutie!! He was such a tiny newborn. He curled up and let me do whatever. Now, boy has got some girth! What a sweetie pie! And look at his beautiful mommy:) Alright, M, you are the lucky one! I have got to get some rest. I still have a fun family of 4, my newest 3 mo Baby Planner (a girl!) and a maternity to post! Guys, I am sorry I am behind:)

Happy Bday Carson...
I know Mom is anxiously awaiting a peek of her son's 1st Bday pics. I agreed to take pics at Carson's party (not usually on the menu:)) They had tons of people and I think Carson and his friends and cousins had a great time. Carson is my second Baby Planner to "graduate," but my first to have gone Maternity - 1 year! How time has flown!! Love you sweet buddy!!!

What a Weekend...
I have not been keeping up with the news of the storm, but I can only imagine the damage it is doing somewhere right now. We have got some strong winds and rain coming in and out. Not good for a packed full weekend of shoots. Except for this morning- we prevailed! I met Ethan and his parents on the square in Marietta today. If we were driving out there- by golly- we were going to shoot! RAIN Ethan is about to be one, so active best describes the precious, little guy. Not the best place to be crawling around, but we got some terrific pictures. I love capturing how babies are at each age. So, in addition to Ethan, I had a maternity shoot that bombed! RAIN We tried, though:) Gave it a good shot and called it a day. Stay tuned for the happy couple bc we rescheduled for Fri afternooon! Keep all you fingers and toes crossed for both of my shoots tomorrow- both sweet Baby Planners.
PS- I just noticed the burp cloth in the crawling pic. You shold have seen us all running around trying to face him. Too funny! Suprised there are not more random objects lying around- love it!

Beautiful Babies...
Meet sweet, Wyatt! What a doll! Weighing in around 6 pounds, he is a little peanut that preformed very well for his first photoshoot. Wyatt is the little brother of Lola, who you should recognize if you are an avid Blog reader:) Lola is about to be 2, so look foward to more pics of little Wyatt and his adorable sister!
Next, is 4 mo old, Sarah, and her big bro, Gabriel. Sarah's mom went all girl with a tutu and a onezie with a S on it!! SOOO cute! What a beautiful family- I really enjoyed our shoot!

3 Month Shoot...
This weekend I went to visit one of my Baby Planners, Hudson. I got some really cute shots of him and his family and some beautiful images of him in his dedication gown that has been worn by many members of the family. The 3 month shoot is usually my most challenging. The babies are sweet and beautiful and have grown so much since birth, yet, the are no huge "photographic" milestones (poses like sitting, etc..). I just try to capture their precious expressions and how much they have grown. I really feel like we got some great shots! I just love the one of him and big bro, Conrad!!
We had a really nice weekend with my cousin and her fiance and his son. I had one cancellation, but decided to use the time to spend with my family. We went up to the Pub (The Irish Bred Pub in Carrollton- our other business!) and had a great time. By the way, the food is better than ever! I had a random stranger tell me that our burger was the best in Carrollton and I agree! Check it out on the square:) Anyways, I am working away at Holiday cards- so excited! You guys are going to LOVE them!
Another note- I am wanting to have my Spring and Summer Sessions wrapped up by the end of August. So, if you have not ordered, PLEASE do so. Also, Payment MUST be received before orders are processed, so Please pay as soon as possible bc I really hate feeling like a stalker!!!:)

Sweet Newborn...
One of my sister's best friends, Erica, had her baby, Gisele. I actually used to take pics of my sis and Erica when they were in middle school! They would dress up and act like models- who would have known it was practice for my career!! Gisele was such a sweet girl for me. She stayed awake about 98 % of the time, but she was able to relax enough to get some great pics. I have family in this weekend and I keep sneaking away to do work:) My work is never done- the best work in the world:) (Besides being a mom!)

Fall... (WARNING- not my images)
I had to step on Etsy, a really cool website where people sell handmade items. I have got to have some of these hats I found!!! I hope I am not violating any copyright thingies by posting these pics:) I am really LOVING them! Hats are terrific for the fall and winter pics to help bring an extra pop of color. I also feel that they frame a face and add interest to an image. So, if you have a fall or winter session coming up- don't wait and go running into Gap at the last minute- hit the web! Here is the link for these hats: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=96642

Fun with the Boys...
I took my 5 yr old nephew, Bryce, out to the Gold Mines to document him turning 5- PLUS his missing tooth! (It was knocked out playing) He did so good for me! We got some really cute pics, including one of him and Lily:) Cute little cousins- Lily is 2 days older.
I also met with sweet Eli for his 1 year shoot. Mom had lots of fun props, had a bday cupcake and even a pretend haircut. I know she is anxious to see some!!
PS- Blogger is being a pain in the neck and will not let me switch my pics around. Eli's are first, then Bryce's:)

Newborn and First Bday in 1 Day...
What a fantastic way to start back to work- a full day of shooting:) I met with my one year old Baby Planner, Hayes, in the morning for a cake shoot and back in the evening for a fun, field shoot. In between, I drove to Buckhead to meet my new friend, Cooper, a darling little, 2 week old. What an exausting, but FUN day!
Busy Bee...
We are home and I have been one busy, little bee! I missed Blogging, not that I have had much time in the past few months. But the past 2 wks, I have been talking to you guys everyday, blogging in my head:)
We had a great vacation with my Bff, Kelley. She has 2 girls, Libby(almost 3) and Lucy (11mo). They live in TN, so we do not get to see each other often. The trip consisted of Kelley and I busting our butts to keep up the demands of 4 kids, playing on the beach and working on swimming in the pool and of course, sipping on some yummy wine at night. (From their restaurant- Red Guitar Merlot and WhiteHaven Sav Blanc- try them!!!)
Huge thanks to Kelley's "Big Mom" and "Big Dad" for putting up with us! They were so generous and terrific!
