Holiday Schedule and Cards...

Hi all! I am very blessed to have so many wonderful clients this year. It is amazing how booked I am. Thank to all that have spread the word. Word of mouth has been the greatest compliment to me. Well, my weekends are about booked up for holiday and family sessions. I have availability during the week in the mornings and late afternoon. Please contact me ASAP to book your session. I am leaving space for Maternity, Newborn and Baby sessions.

I have just posted a gallery full of Holiday Card Examples. I do every card custom for your family. The template can either be templates for your card, or a stepping stone. If you have booked a regular session (without card design included) the card design fee is $25. From there, the cards may be ordered in packs of 25 in a flat or folded card. A 4x8 is printed just like a photograph. The 4.5x5, 5x7 and 5x5 cards are press printed and are available in a regular finish or a fine art linen! Gorgeous!

Off to a shoot- stay tuned- 3 GIRLS!!!

3 is the Magic #...

I met with Taylor, Collin and Conner this morning for a fun session on a beautiful day. Their pics turned out so cute- I had to do storyboards! I just love them. These would be printed as 10x20's- a neat, long rectangle. Check out these cuties...

PS- tonight I have a session with a single child, but go back to 3 tomorrow night!!

Little Angels....

These little children just look so angelic to me! Their eyes are just stunning. The 2 sisters have proudly welcomed their baby bro, Hayes, into the world with lots of love. I had such a good time with them and their super-cool parents! They were willing to do anything- so.... we moved a huge leather recliner onto the little covered stoop at their front door (had to turn it sideways!) Boy, am I a pain! Wasn't it worth it???? Take a look-

These little pictures just do not do them justice! Another note, my adorable friend, Jessi, has given birth to Andrew!! So, stay tuned for some newborn pics!!

GREAT Light + Adorable Kids = ...

...One great session! I have to make this quick, so I will let the pics speak for themselves. Had so much fun tromping around the golf course with these friends of ours. Hope you love them, Mom! Oh, and PS- we had a super- duper helper come with us- thanks so much, R!!!!

Beautiful Family...

Another family of 3. Is somebody trying to tell me something? Ok, that somebody better be quiet bc the Pillow Family is happy at 4 total!! I had a good time photographing these cuties. I am posting a few random faves of the kids. Getting back to work- those who are waiting for galleries and orders- they are coming along good!Could not resist this serious/sweet face!

Boys. Boys. Boys...

To the tune of Girls, Girls, Girls. (reminds me of a strip club- but this is a PG Blog!)
Anyways, yes. I have photographed many boys this weekend (and loved it) I started off on Sat morning with another old college friend that I have not seen since. She has 3 young boys- how does she do it? I do not know, but they have a terrific family! Including her (4) nephews she brought along for their photo shoot: 3 + 4 = 7 Crazy, sweet, adorable boys. Luckily, the oldest were twins in highschool. These cousins sure got a sweat out of us grown ups- whew!
Check out a few:
My FAVE!!! I recommend this for any group like this- check out Jackson crying and Baby Cooper just staring at them- yes, Cooper, they are crazy!

Here We Go...

PictureLily is busy, busy! I spent the morning at our elementary school fall festival and the afternoon with a great family. Here is Alyssa (almost 5) with her parents. We had a great session, where I showed my quirky side and I think Alyssa actually thought I was weird! Oh man! Oh, well! She opened up quickly and gave us some of her true self. I love the shots we got today- almost as much as I love her bright blue eyes (and dimples:)). They would shine through in any light! Had a great time- hope you like them.
I love this sweet one with dad-
Don't they look like models??

Another Fun Workout...

I worked out with Maddie and her mommy and daddy today! Hehe! These little ones sure give me a run for the money- but when I get images like these, it is worth it. Plus, I get to visit with an old friend from highschool, her sweet husband and her adorable 20 mo old!!! ANd I had a ball- Now, this is how the family shots usually go- RUN!!!!

But, then we get a little fun time with mommy and daddy and we get this-Throw in Annie and we get a bad example of sharing (which was sooo cute, by the way!)

And the sweet darling princess-

Great Fall Family Shot...

Check out these awesome sisters and brother. I had so much fun with them. I had to do a few silly things to loosen up, but nothing any different than I do with kids! ( Does that tell you anything?? Note to self: Abandon all pride- make people have fun! Ok, it is embarrassing sometimes!) Anyways, another session at my friend's property- always something gorgeous.

PS- PLEASE contact me soon if you are interested in a fall/holiday session. I am hoping to have all wrapped up bf Thanksgiving to ensure smooth holiday preparation. Enjoy!

Clothing Choices...

Just a quick note on what clothes to wear for a session. Try to stay away from busy patterns, think simple. I love jeans and nice fall fabrics like corduroy and sweater. Layers are always cute. If you think that jackets are not cool for pictures, think again!!! If you have the right jacket, your kid could be stylin'! Also, consider a cute hat. One that is fitted to frame your child's sweet face. I poked around Old Navy's site and pulled a couple things I love for pictures. Like I said bf- simplicity!

Now if you are looking for something on the Boutique side for a girl, try My Beautiful Sophia. They have some really great stuff and fabulous customer service!
